Our new homes in Heritage Trails is all about building quality single family homes in this desirable new neighborhood with direct connection/trail access to the local trails. We will have 48 new homes available, 24 single family homes being built in 2026, and 24 duplex and townhome units in 2027. These homes come with finished landscaping and a community HOA.

We have 17 units that are more attainable priced made possible by MSHDA grant funding and Marquette Township TIF leveraged funds.

Our limited pricing is only available to select buyers that meet our 60%-120% AMI (average Median Income) restrictions, with 13 units available in 2026. 4 units in 2027. These units will be pre-selected layouts however getting qualified and on the waitlist will allow you to choose the colors of your home from a few different selections!

The remaining homes are built to the same quality standards and are priced competitively. Our 3bed 2bath 2 car garage homes (6 units) will be starting at $359,900 and our 3 bed 1.5 bath 2 story homes will be starting at $329,900 (5 units) with upgrades available.

Contract and Build!

Third, after you've selected your home, and options in steps 1 and 2 we will take a build deposit and move your home into production! Build season starts in April of 2026. Phase I has 24 lots available for April starts!
